From 30 guests looking for an intimate dining experience to a large-scale festival of 40,000 people requiring full catering management. Our caterers and event team are ready!
We try to be as flexible as possible for our customers. So, in some circumstances, we will facilitate a ‘guarantee’.
For Example: If the Guarantee was £500, our client would agree to match anything that falls short of the guarantee. So, if the trader made £400 the client would pay an additional £100. If the trader made £750 the client would not pay anything additional.
Guarantees are subject to the signing of an event agreement.
We know that when it comes to festivals and large-scale events there can be lots of moving parts. We consider ourselves experts when it comes to festival logistics. From Sourcing Traders, Licencing Applications, Logistics, Power Distribution and Our Black Book of Industry Experts we are meticulous about planning & can make large-scale event catering a breeze.
Not only that with our varied database of traders we can also create a mouthwatering food line-up that will be the buzz of your event!
We generally have a minimum spend of £500 per trader dependent on the number of covers. This is to ensure that traders are able to cover staffing, travel, fuel costs & still make a profit.
For jobs that come under this value, there may be a small hire fee added to cover this.

As our catering is bespoke we have the luxury of being able to work with most budgets. For private events, our minimum spend is generally £500 per trader dependent on the number of covers.
Most caterers offer a standard menu from £8-£10 per head but this can vary depending on the number of courses/ heads, selection of food & location of the event.
